England’s match against Poland today is their last before Gareth Southgate, the England National Football team coach names his Euro 2020 squad.
Southgate has deferred telling the players who will begin the World Cup Qualifier to give players like Foden and Mount the opportunity to prove their wellness.
Foden, for example, will be required to play on the left of the front three, with Raheem Sterling (right) and Harry Kane through the centre.
Southgate’s final squad for Euro 2020 will probably be made in late May. The competition commences on June 11 and England’s first game versus Croatia at Wembley on June 13.
However, in the Polish national football team, there is news of four players testing positive to Covid 19. Poland’s CMO and manager Jakub Kwiatkowski has revealed on Twitter that FOUR players have now tried positive for Covid.
With Lewandowski unable for this match, this could be a massive test for the team.
