It’s quite obvious that to beat the online market, sellers should have some eye-catching benefits, that would be worth visiting their store, instead of staying at home and ordering stuff. It will be important to make the crowd believe that the offline shopping experience is still better than the virtual experience and that, some things can just never be replaced.
Creating awareness regarding the pandemic and telling the people, how they can be safe during their visits, is another way.
If the industry heads in this direction and can persuade customers, then surely malls and other businesses will start growing again. However, if they fail to do so, then online shopping will beat them for once and for all.
